7 Simple Ways To Get Rid Of Pimples and Acne
Easy to remember methods for improving your complexion.

1. Watch Your Diet

It is recommended that a diet high in raw vegetables and fruits are beneficial for good skin health.

Now for the bad news. Almost everything fun is a no-no. There is hope. Like all things there are many ways to find a solutions. It just takes some planning and strategy. (More at the end of this article.)

Foods that should be avoided are all forms of sugar, alcohol, butter–sometimes ghee (a form of Indian clarified butter) is ok, caffeine (coffee, black tea, and soft drinks like Coke and Mountain Dew). Green tea seems to be an exception–in fact it may be beneficial. Also stay away from cheese, chocolate, cocoa, cream, fat, fried foods, margarine, iodized salt. Sugar seems to be quite bad also because it grows all sorts of bacteria in your body that you would be happier without.

Suggestions for Success Pick just one thing to drop or include in your diet for 30 days. If it helps you can stop or go on. Remember, you can take as long as you like. The more success you have the more fun, and satisfaction– and better chance for success you will have. Be easy on yourself. Just one thing–one manageable thing at a time, OK?

2. Wash skin Keeping skin free of oil is important. Wash with an cleanser recommended by a , doctor or skin care specialist. A herbal cleanser or lemon juice can also be used. Generally 3 times a day is a place to start.
